The corpus has one disease: the same content exists in too many places at too many version levels, organized by whoever was helping that week. This index cures it by naming the governing documents and their locations. Everything not listed here is reference, not authority.
Canon Rules — Binding on All Documents
Rule 1 — Witness Citation
When the framework independently re-derives something the Bible, Church Fathers, or classical thinkers already saw, we cite them as witnesses — not to borrow authority, but to show the idea has roots.
Order of authority:
1. Scripture first. Bible gets the center seat. If the claim is theological, Scripture is the highest witness.
2. Church Fathers / classical theology second. Augustine, Aquinas, Gregory of Nazianzus, Athanasius, Boethius, Irenaeus, etc. They show the idea has historical roots.
3. Philosophy / science third. Aristotle, Leibniz, Hume, Shannon, Noether, Einstein, Zurek, etc. They show the structure appears outside theology too.
David did not begin from these sources. The framework often arrived at the same structures independently, then found earlier witnesses who had named parts of the same pattern.
Rule 2 — The L2→L3 Threshold
The architecture of consciousness is present at conception (the mirror exists), but the self-referential fold (L3) activates when recursion reaches threshold. This threshold is developmental, not chronological. No fixed age applies universally — every person activates at their own pace. The capacity for moral awareness arrives with the fold, not before.
Scripture witnesses: Deuteronomy 1:39 (children who have no knowledge of good and evil); Isaiah 7:15 (the child shall know to refuse evil and choose good); Romans 2:14–15 (conscience as law written on the heart); James 4:17 (to him who knows to do good and does it not, to him it is sin).
Open seam: the exact mechanism of the L2→L3 fold remains unspecified. Until it is, a critic can say the mystery was relabeled, not solved. This seam is honest work, not a bug.
Rule 3 — Self-Audit
Every canonical document must name what it gets right, what it gets wrong, and what it overclaims. The boundary statement is not optional. A document without a boundaries section is draft, not canon.
Tier 0 — The Meta-Language (Theology-Free)
Before Theophysics. Before Hebûn–Zanabûn. Before any worldview. The grammar tests whether any layered derivation is admissible.

2. Locate v3.2 derivation chain.
Manifest says H:\00_Canonical_PRODUCTION_v1.0\Saved Notes\. Only v3.1 and v3.0 found on D: drive. If H: drive is accessible, copy v3.2 to D: drive for integration.
3. Reconcile v3.2 with July 29 rulings.
v3.2 predates M amendment (still says Einstein–Meaning) and Fruits two-tier ruling. Patch required.
